How do I set up the notification for my supplements?

To turn on the notification for flagging symptoms, simply go to your profile settings available in the top right corner of the app’s home screen, where your Avatar or photo is. Then go to the “Notifications” section and click on the “It’s time to take dietary supplements” notification. This will take you to the option to set the time the notification will appear. To confirm the selected time, click “ok”. Then check the box next to the notification – then your notification will be turned on. To turn off the notification uncheck the box. 

How do I set up a medication notification?

To turn on your medication notification, simply go to your profile settings available in the top right corner of the app’s home screen, where your Avatar or photo is. Then go to the “Notifications” section and click on the “It’s time to take your medication” notification. This will take you to the option of setting a time when the notification will appear. To confirm the selected time, click “ok”. Then check the box next to the notification and your notification will be turned on. To disable the notification, uncheck the box. 

How do I set up a notification for marking symptoms?

To turn on the symptom ticker notification, simply go to your profile settings available in the upper right corner of the app home screen, where your Avatar or photo is available. Then go to the “Notifications” section and click on the “It’s time to mark symptoms” notification. This will take you to the option to set the time the notification will appear. To confirm the selected time, click “ok”. Then check the box next to the notification – then your notification will be turned on. To turn the notification off, uncheck the box. 

What notifications can I set in the application?

Our application by means of notifications can remind you about:

  • Marking your symptoms
  • Taking medication
  • Taking your dietary supplements

How can I change the language version of the app?

Yes, the Hashiona application is available in two language versions: Polish and English. The language version of the application depends on the system language on your phone. To change the language version of the application you just need to make changes in the system language in your application. 

How can I change my registration information?

You can change the information you provided when you registered with our application through your profile settings which you can access by clicking on your avatar or photo at the top right of the screen. Then go to the tab that you want to change. On the right hand side of each tab there is a pencil symbol which allows you to edit the information you have entered. After changing it, don’t forget to save it!

Can I change my password in the application?

Yes, you can do it while logging in by clicking “I forgot my password” or through your profile settings available in the upper right part of the screen and going to the “Change password” tab.

Can I change the e-mail address used for creating my account?

This is not possible from the application, but in special cases, write to us at kontakt@hashiona.com and our technical department will change your login data.
