When you log in for the first time, you will be asked to order your initial blood test. While you wait for your results (which usually takes up to 5 days), you can access our interactive courses designed to educate you on all things thyroid. Check the Program section in the app.
Your finger-prick blood test kit will have everything you need. Collect your sample in the morning (before 10am) using the easy-to-follow instructions inside your kit. Make sure you send your sample on the same day you take it. Use the freepost envelope in your kit.
Your results will be published directly to your Hashiona account. Simply go to your app and you will be prompted to review them. Once the results are available in the app, you will also gain access to your personalised meal plan and can begin your journey towards better health!
If you stick to your diet, you should begin to see initial results within 12 weeks. We hope you feel more energised and lighter, and that your Hashimoto’s symptoms start to subside.
