Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Bialystok and the Faculty of Medicine at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim, where he obtained a Master's degree in molecular medicine. Since 2010, he has been affiliated with the Medical University of Warsaw; employed as a research and teaching fellow, he has been a member of the Health Sciences Discipline Council since 2021 and serves as Chairman of the Collegium of Medical Science Discipline of the Doctoral School (for the 2021-2024 term).

Professor at the Institute of Health Sciences at the University of Opole, chairwoman of the Opole-Wrocław Branch of the Polish Society of Dietetics and member of the Committee on Human Nutrition Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. She is also a nutrition counselor, dietitian and psychodietitian.

Deputy Director of the Institute of Psychology at SWPS University, deals with emotional regulation in mood disorders. She supervises the content in the area of psychology, the emotional sphere and stress.

Specialist gynecologist-obstetrician with more than 30 years of experience. Author of numerous publications and 3 books.

A medical doctor specializing in family and functional medicine. She runs her own clinic Mikicki Medical in London, where she sees patients with Hashimoto's disease. At Hashiona she oversees the content.

Clinical and didactic assistant at the Department of Endocrinology and Diabetology of the A. Jurasz University Hospital No 1 in Bydgoszcz, obesitologist. Chairman of the Metabolic and Civilization Diseases Section of the Polish Society of Family Medicine.

Doctor of Medical Sciences, academic teacher. Graduate of the Medical University of Poznan. The author of publications in the field of molecular genetics and medical law. Winner of scientific awards, among others, European Society of Human Genetics. Continuously extends his knowledge and qualifications in the field of fine needle biopsy of the thyroid. Passionate about coffee, sushi and good board games.

Trichologist and cosmetologist by passion. She has extensive experience in the profession, since 2013 she has been consulting patients with hair and scalp problems. Owner of Hair Clinic chain of clinics located in Marki, Szczecin and Ostrow Wielkopolski.
